Pacific Beach offers a variety of tanning products to fit all of our customer’s needs in every price range. We offer Intensifiers, Bronzers, Tingles and products to maintain your tan.
Pacific Beach is committed to offering you the highest level of equipment available at the most reasonable price. In order to continue offering this level of excellence only certain products may be used in our salons. If you have questions about this policy please contact your local Pacific Beach.
Your Tanning Consultant can help you find the products you need. Pacific Beach is always bringing in new products. Make sure to look and ask what’s new when you come into the salon.
TANNING PRODUCTS FAQ
Why do I need to use a Tanning Lotion?
Sun tanning dries out your skin. It is very important to moisturize before and after you tan. Tanning with an approved lotion can increase your color up to 40% and it is important to replace the nutrients that may have been sweated out during your tan.
Do I have to use a lotion?
It is ultimately your decision if you want to use a tanning product while tanning. Pacific Beach strongly encourages you to use a product to get the best tan possible while keeping your skin in good condition. If you are using a product, please make sure it is on our approved product list posted in the salons.
Why does Pacific Beach have an approved lotion list?
Pacific Beach is committed to offering the best equipment possible. Some products damage the acrylics (what you lay on). In order for us to keep our equipment in the best shape for you we ask you only use products approved for our equipment.
Can I put my lotion on my face?
The skin on your face and neck is more delicate and needs special attention. We offer several different types of facial product to help you take care of your face. Remember to put your facial product on before applying your body product!
I have sensitive skin. Do you have an option for me?
Pacific Beach offers several products that are specifically designed for you. We sell the packet size of all of our products so you can try the products before investing in the bottle to make sure it will work for you.
Pacific Beach doesn’t carry the product I like. How can I get it?
We can order in any product that hasn’t been discontinued. You just need to let your consultant know and pay in advance. It usually takes us about a week to get your product in.
What’s a Tan Extender?
A Tan Extender is just that. It helps extend the life of your tan by slowing down your exfoliation so you can keep your color longer. Because tanning dries out the skin it is important to moisturize before and after your tan. We recommend, also, using your Tan Extender when you get of the shower.
